Stuff

Starting a new diet routine... watched a video where this guy lost 75lbs, just by juicing... not the steroid type juicing, I mean pulverized veggies and fruit.

Hopefully, when I'm done, I'll be half the man I used to be!!

Muscles... hmmm... I might still have some of those... hard to tell if there's any left under all this fat... and Brain... brains only need protein if you have one...

That is an amazing thing to start doing!!! I've been juicing for years...my daughter got me into it. She makes this green crap that's full of parsley, kale, tomatoes, celery...you name it-it's in there...tastes like SHIT but it's good for you. Tomatoes and cucumbers are good together...did you get a book with your juicer? I have the Jack LaLane Power Juicer...crome and white enamal with a motor that probably sounds more like your bike than my juicer. Hey, too bad I can't ride it, huh?

I have the same juicer... Jack LaLane... and it DOES sound like my scooter!! Of course... that's not saying much for my scooter is it... I'm still learning the juicing thing... so fqar, I've learned that you can mix the most aweful green mix that by itself tastes like pure crap... but if you throw some strawberries in the mix... it's not too bad!!
